The Wintering staff at Rothera research station took part in the Antarctic base's winter 48 hour film challenge. Over just one weekend, using props and lines issued by the organisers, the team had to create a short film to be judged by other competitors. 

This is the first year that Anthony over at McMurdo has opened the competition up to all the bases. Previously they have been run locally at McMurdo and Scott bases.

The Rothera team would like to thank Anthony and any other organisers for their efforts in making the event possible.
